Other than the previously mentioned item, it is a good sturdy vise. I bought this bench vise for a christmas present and found out that the jaws are not like a regualr machinist vise, they are relatively smooth They work good for wood because they don't leave teeth marks, but don't grip metal as tightly as standard jaws would.
